OFFICIAL PROFILE
Montecarlo, born in Barcelona, Spain. BA in Fine Arts and Master in Film and TV.
Started his career as a comic-book author (writer & artist) and evolved from the printed narrative to the audio visual media.
Today, he works as a screenwriter and director in both film and transmedia. He combines this work with teaching (in the same fields).
His interest in exploring new narrative strands have led him to apply Storytelling to business, work he carries out with Eva Snijders, his partner in Química visual.
He is co-author of “El Consejo, o El poder de las historias”.
He collaborates as Film Critic & Essayist at Filmin (“filmin radar” section).
Besides various professional projects, he is working on his PhD about Narrative Structures in Visual Media.
